The overall aim of this role is to help create attractive, safe and sustainable communities for our customers to live in. As part of this, you'll make sure we offer them good quality and "value for money" services.
You'll soon get to know and understand who our customers are and be able to identify the support they may need to keep their tenancies. You'll also recognise when you'll need to make referrals to the tenancy support team, so that things are put in place for customers to keep & maintain their tenancies.
