Location: City of Edinburgh
Join our Services Delivery team supporting loan repayments for Scottish Government‑funded schemes. We're a collaborative customer‑focused group making a real impact for people and communities.
As a Repayment Support Administrator you’ll support the management and reconciliation of loan repayments, resolve queries and process change requests. You’ll deliver high‑quality customer service via phone and email and address internal reporting needs as required.
Responsibilities- Manage inbound customer enquiries and outbound debt recovery calls/emails, always providing excellent customer service
- Efficiently handle queries relating to loan repayment accounts
- Implement Energy Saving Trust credit control process for missed repayments, contacting customers by email/letter/telephone
- Support identifying and correcting loan repayment schedule errors
- Calculate and discuss interest due on loans
- Administer repayment support requests
- Support Loan Fund and Collections with complex ad‑hoc reporting requests
- Strong administrative experience with excellent numeric skills, ideally in finance/collections
- Excellent organisational skills; able to prioritise in a demanding setting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Well‑developed communication and customer service skills (verbal and written), confident supporting potentially vulnerable individuals
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
