As a representative, you will engage with customers primarily in German, addressing inquiries and ensuring an exemplary shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and services via phone, email, and chat in German
- Provide detailed assistance with order processing, returns, and refunds for a seamless customer experience
- Address inquiries about product specifications, shipping options, and payment methods
- Resolve complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system for effective follow‑up
- Collaborate with other teams such as logistics and marketing to enhance overall service delivery
- Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends and platform features to provide informed assistance
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce industry
- Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast‑paced remote environment
