This is more than a remote role—it’s an opportunity to make a real impact. You’ll work with union members who have
specifically requested
to review their benefit options. Your job is to assist them, educate them, and ensure they fully understand the resources available to support their families.
Your responsibilities will include:
Connecting with members
through phone calls or virtual meetingsCoordinating and leading scheduled benefit consultations
Explaining program details clearly and simply
, without jargonCompleting digital documents and forms accurately
Providing follow-up communication
to maintain strong, ongoing relationships

A high school diploma or equivalent
