Call Center Representative
Charleston, SC (Remote Possible) | Base Pay + Appointment Bonuses | Part-Time

What You'll Do- Answer inbound calls and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with leads from online sources
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Update call logs and appointment information
- Provide professional, customer-focused phone support
Part-time after-hours coverage:
- Mon-Thu: 4-8 PM
- Fri: 4-9 PM
- Sat: 10-4
- Sun: 10-2
(Remote work may be available.)
