Credit Services Specialist

• Manage a high volume of emails and inbound calls, averaging around 50 calls per shift
• Handle simple, non-sensitive credit accounts and process customer payments
• Reconcile outstanding account balances and prepare reports on accounts receivable
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to their accounts
• Perform routine clerical support including data entry and maintaining records

• 1-3 years of credit experience
• Availability to work from 8 AM to 5 PM PST
• Strong data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Ability to prioritize work and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Proven track record of responding promptly to customer needs in a fast-paced environment

• Call center experience is a plus
• Ability to perform basic math functions
• Experience in handling credit card chargebacks and managing accounts receivable
• Familiarity with customer service best practices
