Social Media Content Specialist (English + Hebrew)

Location: United States – Remote (Illinois)
Employment Type: Full‑time, Permanent (32–40 hrs/week or 24–32 hrs/week as requested)
Shift Options:
- Days: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Central Time
- Evenings: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Central Time
- Overnights: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM Central Time
Must be available for a mix of these shifts, including weekends.
Pay: $14.75 – $15.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a bilingual (English & Hebrew) social media expert who enjoys engaging online communities, crafting compelling content, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for our clients’ audiences.
What You’ll Be Doing- Moderate and respond to comments across client social channels with brand‑specific voice.
- Write engaging, thoughtful content that sparks conversation.
- Ensure online communities remain safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelines.
- Escalate issues, insights, or trends to the internal team when needed.
- Act as an extension of client brands—understand strategy, tone, and audience.
- Fluency in English and Hebrew (native level).
- Exceptional written communication skills in both languages.
- Legal authorization to work in the USA.
- Flexibility to work any shift, any day—including weekends.
- Professional experience managing social platforms, especially moderation and engagement.
- Ability to write for brands and adapt tone for different audiences.
- Strong knowledge of major social platforms.
- Interest in the content area (tech, retail, food, tourism, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and customer‑service instincts.
- Fast, reliable internet with no data restrictions.
- Active Facebook account.
- 100% remote from day one.
