Techone Global is seeking a talented Live Chat Specialist to join our remote team. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping customers.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through live chat to provide support and assistance
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and report trends in customer issues to improve overall customer experience
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in typing and using live chat software
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Experience with live chat software is a plus
