Key Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed assistance with order processing, returns, and refunds for a seamless customer experience
  • Address inquiries about product specifications, shipping options, and payment methods
  • Resolve complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system for effective follow‑up

Requirements
