- Manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on customer retention, adoption, and engagement to ensure ongoing success with the product
- Develop strong relationships as a trusted advisor, leveraging product expertise to maximize client use and adoption of best practices
- Proactively handle a variety of customer-related projects and initiatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular progress reviews and collaborate with clients to create Success Plans that align their objectives with the product offering
- Act as a liaison for customer queries, working with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, or similar roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with customers and colleagues
- Analytical skills to evaluate product and service-related situations and drive data-driven decision-making
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent problem-solving skills to navigate complex customer challenges
- Technical understanding of Vonage Contact Center or similar CCaaS products
- Experience in the Contact Center industry or with a CCaaS technology provider
