Four State Home Improvements is seeking a Remote Appointment Setter to support our sales team by making outbound calls to homeowners who have requested information about our services.
This is a work‑from‑home position focused on contacting leads, confirming interest, and scheduling appointments for our in‑home sales consultants. This role does not involve in‑home sales or closing.
We are looking for dependable, professional individuals who are comfortable speaking on the phone and working scheduled shifts from a home office.
What You'll Do- Make outbound calls to homeowners from provided lead lists
- Confirm interest and qualify basic information
- Schedule appointments for in‑home sales consultants
- Accurately document call outcomes
- Follow call scripts and company guidelines
- Maintain a professional and positive tone on all calls
- Clear speaking voice and strong communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound phone calls
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Ability to follow scripts and schedules
- Basic computer skills
Previous call center or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
Paid training is provided.
Compensation & Schedule- Hourly pay between $15–$20 per hour
, based on experience - Performance bonuses may be available
