Your Role

As a representative, you’ll be the
connection between our organization and the families we serve
. Your responsibility is to ensure each client understands their benefits and feels confident about their coverage — all while delivering exceptional service and genuine care.

You won’t be cold calling or working from a script. Instead, you’ll focus on
education, clarity, and trust
, helping families make informed decisions about their financial well-being. Every conversation is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Communicate with clients to review benefits and provide clear explanations

  • Guide families through updates, options, and claims with empathy and professionalism

  • Follow up consistently to maintain trust and ensure satisfaction

  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance processes and client experience

  • Take part in ongoing training and mentorship to strengthen your skills

Who You Are
  • A strong communicator who connects easily with people

  • Legally eligible to work in
    Canada or the United States

Experience in
customer service, sales, or insurance
