What Is the Online Fashion Assistant Role?Understanding the Job in Simple Terms
As an Online Fashion Assistant, you will be part of the Customer Service team and report to the Customer Service Team Leader. Your main job is to help customers with their questions and issues related to online fashion orders.
You will communicate with customers using different platforms such as phone calls, emails, live chat, and customer support systems. Your goal is to make sure every customer gets fast, friendly, and professional service.
Main Responsibilities of an Online Fashion Assistant What You Will Be Doing Every DayYour daily duties will include:
