Are you passionate about helping customers and solving problems? Do you speak German at C1+ level and want to work in a dynamic international environment? We are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to assist users of a major global digital platform across multiple support channels.
About The RoleAs a Customer Support Advisor, you will support users with:
- Technical questions
- Account and login issues
- Subscription‑related inquiries
- Content or service guidance
Support is delivered through a combination of Calls, Chat, Email, and Social Media
. (You will not handle two live or two offline channels at the same time.) This is a remote position

- Laptop

German C1+ level
Support Channels- Live Support: Chat, Voice calls
- Offline Support: Email, Social Media (internal assessment required)
Training: 10 business days, delivered online
Compensation & Benefits- Net Salary: 33,000 TL
- Quality Bonus: 10%
- Meal Allowance (Pluxee): 4,500 TL
