Are you passionate about helping customers and solving problems? Do you speak German at C1+ level and want to work in a dynamic international environment? We are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to assist users of a major global digital platform across multiple support channels.

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will support users with:

• Technical questions
• Account and login issues
• Subscription‑related inquiries
• Content or service guidance

Support is delivered through a combination of Calls, Chat, Email, and Social Media
. (You will not handle two live or two offline channels at the same time.) This is a remote position
, open to candidates based anywhere in Türkiye
.

• Laptop

German C1+ level

• Live Support: Chat, Voice calls
• Offline Support: Email, Social Media (internal assessment required)

Training: 10 business days, delivered online

• Net Salary: 33,000 TL
• Quality Bonus: 10%
• Meal Allowance (Pluxee): 4,500 TL
