Client Experience SpecialistWe're looking for highly skilled Client Experience Specialists who excel in customer service—especially within software-enabled applications. As a key member of our Client Experience (CX) team, you'll guide users through questions, troubleshoot issues, and deliver an exceptional experience at every touchpoint. Our CX team is the first point of contact when users reach out through our in‑app chat tool. We pride ourselves on responding to inquiries within seconds and providing fast, accurate, and friendly support.
Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust and strengthen our relationship with the user.
- Guide users through product features, functionality, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and anomalies to identify clear paths to resolution.
- Manage multiple real‑time chat conversations with accuracy, professionalism, and warmth.
- Deliver an exceptional user experience, maintaining Bouncie's reputation for industry‑leading customer care.
- Outstanding written communication skills.
- A genuine passion for helping people, especially when the situation is challenging.
- Quick thinking and comfort responding in a fast‑paced, chat‑based support environment.

- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
