In this role, you'll design and organize personalized vacations for clients, ranging from dreamy beach escapes to bucket‑list adventures, all from the comfort of your home.

This is a remote position ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible environment, enjoys customer service, and wants to be part of a supportive travel‑focused team.

• Assist clients in planning and booking customized vacation packages (flights, cruises, accommodations, tours, and more).
• Research destinations, resorts, and experiences to match client preferences and budgets.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after each trip.
• Stay current on travel trends, supplier offers, and destination updates.
• Utilize approved booking tools and partner systems to manage reservations.
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow‑up on all bookings.

• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service preferred (but not required).
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and online systems (CRM or booking platforms a plus).
