- Provide fantastic service over the phone.
- Use computer skills to:
- Research requests related to profile assistance
- Track vehicle shipments and orders
- Assist with car warranties
- Escalate critical orders
- Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound communication while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Computer, typing and phone skills
- Can speak and type simultaneously
- Able to problem‑solve and resolve customer issues
- Strong work ethic, meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of customer service experience (call center, retail, restaurant, hotel, etc.)
- Available to work during the required hours; must reliably adhere to schedule
- Training (100% attendance): 8 hrs/day, 8 a.m.–5:30 p.m., Monday–Friday for first 4 weeks; then 8 a.m.–8 p.m., Monday–Friday for next 4 weeks.
- Work schedule:
shifts between 8 a.m.–8 p.m., Monday–Friday; no weekends.
- Degree in relevant or related field
- Experience in automotive industry
- Ohio resident
- Secluded, distraction‑free environment
- High-speed wired internet (Ethernet); wireless, 5G, satellite not supported.
