• Make reservations for owners and assist with changes or cancellations
• Troubleshoot reservation issues and provide solutions for owners
• Educate owners about vacation insurance and points protection
• Answer questions regarding the vacation club product and its usage
• Check resort availability and suggest alternative dates or accommodations as needed

• Minimum of six months of customer service or sales experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills
• Good listening and conversational skills
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Passion for travel and hospitality
• Ability to quickly build rapport with customers
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
