Your Role:This isn’t cold calling or high-pressure selling. You’ll be working directly with individuals who’ve already asked for information. Your job is to serve as a trusted guide, helping them navigate their options and make confident decisions for their families.
Responsibilities:- Connecting with members by phone or video to schedule personalized consultations
- Hosting online meetings to assess needs and explain available coverage options
- Helping clients complete enrollment documents and finalize benefit selections
- Ensuring every client has a smooth, professional experience from start to finish
- Participating in skill-building workshops and mentorship programs
- Compassionate and people-focused, with a heart for service
- A confident communicator who can explain complex information clearly
- Self-motivated and reliable in a remote work setting
- Open to feedback, growth, and continuous learning
- Background in sales, customer service, or consulting is a bonus — but not required
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada
