This work-from-home role focuses on supporting travelers through the planning and booking process by offering timely assistance, tailored travel options, and professional follow-up. • Assist clients with travel inquiries, booking options, and reservation management
• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging tools in a professional and friendly manner
• Recommend and help book travel arrangements including hotels, resorts, cruises, flights, and activities
• Manage changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently and accurately
• Maintain updated records of client preferences, bookings, and correspondence
• Collaborate with travel advisors and supplier partners to ensure seamless service
• Stay informed on travel trends, destination updates, and special promotions
• Deliver a client-first experience that builds trust, loyalty, and repeat business

• Experience in customer service or the travel industry is helpful but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote setting
• Comfortable using email, booking platforms, and CRM tools (training provided)

• Must be 18 years or older
