• Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional service to Contract Holders, Sales Representatives, Agents, Dealers, and internal customers
• Answer incoming calls efficiently and resolve contract-related questions regarding status, terms, and coverage
• Provide underwriting guidance on vehicle eligibility
• Process cancellations, quotes, and new business accurately
• Handle check processing and assist with special projects

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Experience in dealership, automotive, or accounting is a plus

• Bilingual (Spanish) skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized and adaptable to a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Experience working independently and collaboratively as part of a team
