• Make reservations and assist owners with booking their vacations
• Troubleshoot and resolve reservation issues, including changes or cancellations
• Engage with owners to understand their vacation preferences through discovery questions
• Educate owners about vacation insurance and points protection
• Provide information about resort amenities and destinations to enhance customer experience

• Six months of customer service or sales experience
• Good listening and conversational skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma or GED

• Passion for travel and hospitality
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Ability to build rapport quickly with customers
