Job Summary

Airport Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Work From Home Cabin Crew Support Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to airline cabin crew members. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for the aviation industry who want to contribute to smooth airline operations from a remote setting. You will be responsible for assisting cabin crew with scheduling, documentation, and troubleshooting any operational issues they may encounter.

Key

Responsibilities
  • Provide remote support to cabin crew members regarding scheduling, rosters, and operational queries.

  • Assist in updating and maintaining crew schedules, ensuring compliance with airline policies and aviation regulations.

  • Coordinate with airline operations teams to resolve crew-related issues efficiently.

  • Handle crew inquiries via email, chat, and phone, offering prompt and professional assistance.

  • Ensure that all necessary documents, including visas, passports, and medical certifications, are up to date for assigned crew members.

  • Assist in the onboarding and training process for new cabin crew hires.

  • Maintain accurate records of crew communications and report any operational concerns to management.

  • Provide technical support for crew-related applications and software.

  • Liaise with HR and administrative teams to facilitate crew benefits, leave requests, and payroll inquiries.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple crew inquiries simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and airline crew management systems.

  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.

  • Customer service experience, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry.

Experience
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or airline support role.

  • Experience in aviation, travel, or hospitality industries is a plus.

  • Prior experience working remotely is advantageous but not required.

Working Hours
  • Flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate airline operations.
