MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We are looking for call center representatives to support our "Get Out the Vote" initiative. In this role, you will make outbound phone calls on behalf of the Republican Party to encourage voter turnout for the presidential election.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable representing the Republican Party, have excellent communication skills, be eager to learn, and be highly reliable.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls courteously and professionally
• Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues
• Research systems to find missing information; coordinate with other departments
• Follow client program processes and perform tasks professionally
• Utilize systems and technology for account management
• Document and process customer claims accurately
• Follow scripts, policies, and procedures
• Use knowledge base and training to answer questions
• Maintain confidentiality of personal and customer information
• Escalate customer issues appropriately
• Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving
• Attend meetings and training to stay updated
• Adhere to attendance and schedule requirements

Must be 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, experience with data entry, fluent in English, reliable high-speed internet (20+ Mbps), excellent communication skills, fast and accurate typing (20+ WPM), basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, reliable attendance, customer service orientation, ability to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred: 1+ year experience in customer service or related fields, work-from-home experience, federal/state work experience.
