We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative for First PREMIER Bank and PREMIER Bankcard. This role is available both on‑site in Sioux Falls, SD and remotely, with a focus on delivering excellent customer support and driving satisfaction.

• Location: Sioux Falls, SD
• Shift: Varying shift options available
• Job Status: Full‑Time & Part‑Time
• Pay: $17.00–18.90/hour starting, additional monthly incentives available
• Company: PREMIER Bankcard
• Bilingual skills: English/Spanish compensated with a 10% differential. Not required.
• Work Site: Offered on‑site in Sioux Falls and remote (remote within 50 miles of a PREMIER location or relocation).

  Monday‑Friday 12:30 pm‑9:00 pm, Every Third Saturday 8:00 am‑4:30 pm

• Part Time:
  Monday‑Friday 2:00 pm‑9:00 pm, Every Third Saturday 8:00 am‑4:30 pm
• No Sundays

• Answer inbound calls about our products and services.
• Understand policies and procedures used for daily operations.
• Take accountability for customer satisfaction with a highly professional demeanor.
• Demonstrate a strong phone presence while assisting those with less than perfect credit.
• Achieve high satisfaction on customer surveys.
• Participate in team meetings.

Base wage starting at $17‑18.90/hr, with opportunities to increase take‑home pay.
