We are seeking talented Seasonal Customer Service Professionals for our remote Orkin Customer Contact Center. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays to ensure we have consistent support for our customers. You will have the opportunity to assist and retain our valued customers while having the opportunity to increase your earning potential in upselling current customers.

- Work remotely from your home office (computer and other equipment provided)
- Support field operations during peak season that starts around February
- During peak season, manage heavy call volume
- Manage the customer relationship to ensure best in class service
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
- Assist customers by offering remedies to retain business
- Use gamification tools to measure performance
- Variety of Schedules (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Four-week quality training program (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm EST)
- Gamification methods to measure performance and increase engagement
- Competitive pay and incentives ($16.73 per hour plus 3% sales commission)

- Potential for regular, full-time employment based on business needs
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of customer service experience (within or outside a call center)
- Completion of a Culture Index assessment
- Verification of internet speed; ability to pass a computer assessment
- Ability to pass a background and drug screen
- Private, quiet workspace at home free of distractions
- A work area with desk, chair, and adequate lighting
- Minimum 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload internet speed; hard-wired connection
