In this role, you will provide World Class Customer Service and Phone Sales to our customers.

- A Answer questions from prospective customers regarding Orkin services
- B Build rapport and handle objections within a conversational call flow
- C Lose pest control sales via the telephone and schedule the initial service

- Work remotely from your home office. You must have a minimum of 50 mbps download/20 mbps upload high‑speed internet connection
. We will provide the computer and other equipment necessary to be successful in this role - Manage the customer relationship to ensure best‑in‑class service, while also identifying opportunities for cross‑selling and up‑selling
- Retain business by offering several remedies to prevent account cancellations
- Recommend additional services to increase protection value for residences
- Use different gamification methods as a tool to measure performance

What’s required
- High School/GED
- 1 – 2 years customer service experience within or outside a call center
- Completion of a Culture Index assessment
- Verification of internet speed
- Ability to pass a computer assessment

- Appropriate workspace in your home, private/semiprivate home‑office space free of distractions and background noise
- A workspace with adequate furnishings (e.g., a desk and chair) and lighting
- Minimum of 50 mbps download/20 mbps upload or higher, high‑speed internet connection with the ability to hard‑wire directly to a modem (speed test must be completed via )
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong computer skills in various software and web‑based applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable working in a high‑volume role
- Excellent customer service soft skills such as empathy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
