Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Customer Support Agent to join our team. This remote position requires fluency in German, as well as exceptional communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing world-class customer service, assisting clients with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat in German.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism while interacting with customers.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Provide product and service information to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Track and document customer interactions and solutions in CRM systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Good knowledge of CRM software and ticketing systems.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other office software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Previous remote work experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in handling German-speaking customers is a plus.
Working Hours
  • Full-time position with flexible working hours.
  • Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
  • All work is remote, so the candidate must be self-disciplined and organized.
