As a Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR), you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve inquiries and facilitating vehicle releases from body shops, residences, and other locations.

This is a high-volume, fast-paced role that requires professionalism, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills. You’ll be part of a remote team that supports Copart’s mission to deliver unmatched customer experiences through innovation, process excellence, and people-first service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Assist customers in releasing vehicles from third-party locations
  • Provide support via phone, and potentially expand to chat and email channels
  • Use company resources to resolve issues and offer tailored solutions
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
  • Meet performance metrics related to call quality, resolution time, and professionalism
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support
  • Perform general office support duties as assigned
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of office support or customer service experience (preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer navigation
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime
