  Attend training sessions to stay updated on program knowledge and changes

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Experience with data entry and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal

• One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or administrative support in a contact center environment
