United Community Bank is looking for a full‑time Travel Universal Banker. The role involves traveling daily to branches within a specific market area and providing excellent experiences for customers and prospects. You will be cross‑trained to handle both teller and platform responsibilities, assisting with everyday transactions, customer resolution, and financial wellness conversations.

• Travel up to 100% within the designated market area.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of retail bank products and identify opportunities to strengthen existing relationships and develop new customers.
• Promote, explain, open and renew financial products such as consumer loans, IRAs, CDs, safe deposit boxes, etc.
• Drive proactive needs‑based sales conversations through transactions, teller interactions, and appointment setting.
• Assist customers with loan products while ensuring accurate documentation to minimize exceptions.
• Perform teller transactions: accept deposits, verify checks, process cash withdrawals, hold funds, and balance cash drawer daily.
• Educate customers on technology tools and resources for managing their accounts.
• Apply product knowledge to solve customer problems effectively.
• Support other staff with customer service, answering calls, and performing related duties.

• NMLS license.
• Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience.
• 1+ year in a financial institution.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule and travel to different branches.
• Knowledge of consumer credit structuring and lending practices.
• Strong analytical, accuracy, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with digital products and self‑service technologies.

• Must pass a background and credit check.
• Full‑time, non‑remote position.

USD $34,102.00 - USD $49,382.00 per year.
