Entry-Level Political Call Center Representative (Republican)

Position Overview

MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We are looking for call center representatives to support our "Get Out the Vote" initiative, making outbound calls on behalf of the Republican Party to encourage voter turnout for the presidential election. Ideal candidates will be comfortable representing the Republican Party, possess excellent communication skills, be eager to learn, and highly reliable.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound contacts courteously and professionally
  • Listen to customers, understand needs, and resolve issues
  • Research systems for missing information; coordinate with other departments
  • Follow client program processes and perform tasks professionally
  • Utilize systems and technology for account management
  • Document and process customer claims accurately
  • Follow scripts, policies, and procedures
  • Use knowledge base and training to answer questions
  • Maintain confidentiality of information
  • Escalate issues appropriately
  • Ensure first call resolution through effective problem solving
  • Attend training and review updates regularly
  • Adhere to attendance and schedule requirements
Qualifications

Must be 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, experience with data entry, fluent in English, reliable high-speed internet, excellent communication skills, fast and accurate typing (20+ WPM), basic Microsoft Office knowledge, ability to work scheduled shifts, and strong customer service orientation.

Preferred: 1+ year experience in customer service or related fields, remote work experience, federal or state work experience.

Physical & Other Requirements
