A leading health technology company is seeking an IT Service Desk Agent to provide level 1 support. The role involves answering calls, chats, and emails from end users, resolving IT issues, and documenting cases for escalation. Successful candidates will have strong customer service skills, a minimum of 1 year in IT support, and familiarity with troubleshooting Windows, VPNs, and Microsoft Office products.

Preference for candidates who can work nights and weekends. This position offers remote flexibility with occasional visits to the Madison, WI office.
