Overview

• Field customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and social media to address questions and concerns
• Calmly resolve and de-escalate customer issues when necessary
• Escalate interactions appropriately to ensure customer satisfaction
• Respond to assistance requests and process payments as needed
• Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

• Must be over 18 years of age
• High School Graduate or GED required
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience preferred
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
• Proven oral and written communication skills, along with logical problem-solving abilities

• Experience working in a virtual team environment
• Familiarity with navigating Windows operating systems
• Strong organizational and work prioritization skills
