Your New Role:
As an On-Location CSR, you will be the vital link between our customers and our technicians. Your job is to ensure every customer receives top-notch service by matching the right technician to each job. Here’s what you’ll be diving into:
- Evaluate customer calls:
Prioritize the most urgent ones and assign the right technician. - Ensure quality experience:
Relay detailed and accurate information to technicians. - Record and report:
Keep track of service calls meticulously. - Participate in training:

Keep them informed on the technician’s progress throughout the day.

REQUIREMENTS- At least 2 years of customer service experience is required
- Experience in Home Services (1-year experience preferred)
- Ability to evaluate customer calls and prioritize urgent ones
- Skill in ensuring a quality customer experience by relaying accurate information
- Proficiency in recording and reporting service calls
- Participation in training for professional growth
- Capability to update customers on technician’s progress
- Experience working in a call center or office setting
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
