You are:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking insurance solutions.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Utilize strong communication to understand clients’ unique needs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Stay informed about industry trends and continuing education.
• Handle Customer Service functions of Begin, including inquiries related to policy changes, payment issues, renewal business, remarketing, cross-selling and cancellations.
