Luxury Travel Consultant

Luxury Tour Operator who create beautiful tailor‑made holidays for both groups and individuals, with a focus on authentic travel experience and sustainability, is recruiting an experienced Travel Consultant. The company is growing and keen to add a Reservations Consultant to its Worcester office. If you have experience working as a Travel Consultant in a Travel Agency or a Tour Operator and enjoy creating bespoke itineraries and offering excellent service, this is a fantastic opportunity with no weekends (Monday‑Friday, very rare in leisure travel).

Salary is competitive, in the region of £25k‑£28k pa depending on experience. The role is office‑based with flexibility to work from home part‑time during certain times of year.

• Assist the Reservations Manager to quote and manage worldwide holidays for groups.
• Create luxury tailor‑made trips for independent travellers, enriching lives with authentic travel experiences.
• Make bookings with hotels, tour guides, attractions and experiences, and oversee and manage the preparation of each tour to ensure smooth operation.
• Develop a good knowledge of luxury travel products and services; two days are rarely the same.
• Attend European familiarisation trips and trade shows.
• Maintain total commitment to customer service to ensure clients return home enriched by their authentic travel experience.
• Develop good relationships with key supplier contacts.

• Proficient keyboard and MS Office skills.
• Exceptional administration and good interpersonal skills with an acute eye for detail.
