PS Customer Service Representative - Remote Bilingual Required

Join Conifer Health Solutions as a Customer Service Representative supporting physician billing for multiple clients. This remote position requires bilingual proficiency.

The role supports the Customer Service Call Center by handling patient billing inquiries, ensuring high-quality customer service and patient satisfaction while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

• Handle a high volume of calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and product knowledge.
• Triage issues not resolved during the conversation and follow up with patients or guarantors.
• Complete additional customer service duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: 1+ year of medical customer service or call center experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word required.
• Experience with medical billing systems (GE Centricity or EPIC) a plus.

• Pay: $14.50 - $21.80 per hour, dependent on location, qualifications, and experience.
• Potential signing bonus for qualified new hires, subject to employment status.
• Conifer observed holidays receive time and a half.
