Customer Service Representative I - Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Cor Vel Corporation – Remote position. Must reside locally in Phoenix, AZ.

Internet upload and download speeds of at least 80 Mbps.

• Answer phone calls, return phone calls
• Answer emails from clients, providers and internal referring offices
• Review previous history of the provider in Med Check, Scheck and Sales Cloud
• Consult with Supervisor or other departments to clarify answers to inquiries
• Contact provider to discuss findings at the appropriate level
• Maintain reports and spreadsheets as needed
• Requires punctual and consistent attendance
• Additional duties as assigned

• Knowledge of Workers Compensation fee schedules and regulations
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Detail oriented
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications
• Medical terminology and coding knowledge
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience in the Managed Care and Benefit Administration industries

Pay rates: $13.63 – $21.00 per hour. Salary ranges may vary depending on location and other factors. For leveled roles, new hires may be slotted into a different level based on assessment during interview.
