Viewer Services Representative (Full Time - Remote Eligible)

Respond to phone, e‑mail, postal, and prayer requests, and provide information about EWTN programming, radio, theology, marketing, and production. This role supports the mission of Mother Angelica and the EWTN Family by delivering timely, accurate, and compassionate customer service.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the EWTN audience across multiple communication channels.
• Provide accurate and thoughtful responses to inquiries regarding Programming, Radio, Theology, Marketing, Production, and the Friary.
• Respectfully receive and process prayer requests, donations, gifts, and order information.
• Route incoming calls to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Maintain reliable and punctual attendance; support the team with additional duties as assigned.

• At least two years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English;
  Spanish fluency is a plus.
• Practicing Catholic with knowledge of the Catholic faith and EWTN’s mission.
• Comfortable working in a Windows‑based environment with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and accurate data entry abilities.
• Friendly, approachable, and team‑oriented; consistently contribute to a positive experience for the EWTN family.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Flexible and available to work within core business hours:
  Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time) and Saturday 11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
