We are looking for a highly motivated, result‑driven Remote Insurance Lead Generation Specialist (Pre‑Sales Agent) to serve as the first point of contact, engaging potential clients and qualifying leads before they are passed to the sales team. The role is available for both full‑time and part‑time work and is ideal for candidates who excel in a work‑from‑home environment with strong communication and organizational skills.

• Engage inbound and outbound leads via phone and email.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and enter details into the CRM system.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions.
• Assist with data entry, follow‑ups, and scheduling outbound calls.
• Participate in ongoing training and performance reviews.

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Windows OS (Windows 10+), Google Chrome, and basic productivity software.
• Own a suitable desktop computer (Intel Core i5 2.1 GHz or better, ≥8 GB RAM, Windows 10/11);
  Chromebook, notebook, or Mac Book not acceptable.
• High‑speed internet access (≥100 Mbps download, ≥10 Mbps upload).
• Functional webcam and a quiet workspace with a dedicated desk.
• Availability for a mandatory two‑week virtual training (Mon‑Fri 9 am‑5 pm EST).
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, resilient, and goal‑oriented mindset.

• Hourly rate: $10.00 (training rate: $7.25).
• Full‑time employees eligible for medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, life, AD&D, 401(k), and PTO after a 90‑day probationary period.
• Remote work and remote training.
