Branch Office Administrator (BOA) – Edward Jones – Full‑time – 6448 Hixson Pike Suite 116, Hixson, TN. Pay range: $21.00–$22.00 per hour (actual varies by experience). The posting will remain open for 30 days starting 17‑Dec‑2025.

Position Summary

As a BOA you’ll provide administrative support to one or more financial advisors, ensuring the seamless operation of client accounts and a positive client experience. You will be the first voice clients hear and the first face they see, helping to identify and anticipate their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional client service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions.
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal support team members.
  • Learn and understand the financial services industry, including account opening, transfers, and related processes.
  • Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives.
  • Streamline processes by updating SOPs and executing the branch business plan.
  • Operate technology tools—Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.

Hiring Compensation
