Client Service Associate (CSA) – Remote & to $90K - Growing Wealth Management Firm

We’re looking for a dependable and proactive Client Service Associate (CSA) to support a high-performing financial services firm with client service and internal process management. This is a fully remote opportunity that offers structure, autonomy, and the chance to contribute to a growing business that values precision and trust.

Must have 5+ years of RIA (Registered Investment Advisor) or Broker/Dealer experience as a Client Service Associate or in Operations experience to apply

You'll work behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly—handling account openings, supporting day-to-day operations, and serving as a reliable point of contact for both clients and internal team members. Your responsibilities will include assisting with documentation and custodial forms, managing schedules, updating systems, tracking workflows, maintaining CRM accuracy, and ensuring timely follow-ups—all while contributing to a seamless and professional client experience.

• Up to $90,000 base salary
