Location: Remote (Türkiye)
Start Date: December 2025
Schedule: Shift-based
- Support customers via phone, email, or chat in German
- Resolve inquiries quickly and accurately
- Represent the brand with professionalism
- (Depending on the project) Perform basic sales tasks
- Native-level German
- English is a plus (not required for all projects)
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude
- New graduates welcome; experience is a bonus
