Sales Support Coordinator - Remote

• Serve as the primary contact for non-revenue related requests from Personal Cruise Consultants (PCC) guests, providing comprehensive information and resolving issues
• Efficiently manage incoming department calls, emails, and voicemails to ensure prompt responses
• Make proactive outbound calls to PCC guests to maintain high communication standards and guest satisfaction
• Assign incoming new guest leads evenly among PCCs, adhering to established guidelines for fair distribution
• Step in to resolve issues in the absence of the assigned PCC, assisting with tasks like cruise pricing, payment collection, and group finalization

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service or sales
• Experience in the travel and hospitality industry preferred
• Experience working in a high-volume call center preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interact positively with individuals at all levels
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently

• Familiarity with products, POLAR, and Siebel technology
• Proven track record of achieving personal goals and supporting departmental objectives
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain focused despite distractions
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and a self-starter
• Proficiency with Windows and aptitude for learning new systems
