• Design and execute engagement programs that drive product adoption and value realization

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Success role with direct renewal responsibilities
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with diverse audiences
• Self-motivated with a strong ability to work in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
• Proven ability to balance competing priorities and support organizational goals
• Fluency in German or French is required

• Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, Google Suite, Zendesk, or Tableau
• Background in Cybersecurity or Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) is a plus
