Key Responsibilities:

You will manage and resolve a variety of customer and partner inquiries, ensuring a smooth service experience for everyone involved. This involves handling complex issues like cancellations, changes, refunds, and delivery problems. You will use your excellent communication skills to provide clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented support across calls and emails.
