Client Service Associate – Towson, Maryland

We’re looking for a Client Service Associate to build and maintain strong client relationships at our Towson office. The role focuses on client administration and delivering superior customer service to clients and advisory teams.
Responsibilities- Assist with client requests and inquiries regarding accounts, including money transfers, checks, wires, and ACHs.
- Process opening, maintenance, and closing of client brokerage accounts, ensuring documentation accuracy.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and advisory team members; resolve issues through research and collaboration.
- Support preparation for client meetings.
- Update and verify client, account, or transaction details; maintain files in CRM and document management system.
- Handle client offboarding tasks.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and protect client information.
- Act as a resource for colleagues across departments.
- Complete special projects and other duties as needed.
- Ability to take direction from multiple sources with demonstrated follow‑through.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, and portfolio reporting software.
