• Maintain performance metrics and personal progress data in real time

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role
• Ability to type 35+ words per minute
• No attendance or punctuality concerns

• Previous experience in a call center environment, particularly in inbound/outbound sales
• Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and intensive work environment
