OverviewGlobe Life AO is hiring a Remote Customer Service Supervisor to oversee and support a team in delivering excellent service. This is a fully remote, work-from-home position with flexible scheduling. No prior experience is required; training and support are provided.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and guide customer service representatives
- Monitor performance and resolve escalated inquiries
